Amiglia in 2025
Dear friends of Amiglia,
The new season has begun—Amiglia’s very first spring and summer! It’s time to share how things are going here and what’s on the horizon.
How things are going
Right now, Armin is making countless trips to the recycling park with his trailer, clearing out old items from the barns and stables to create space for the new. He is an angel to Amiglia—one with infinite energy and impressively well-developed biceps. 💪
Luca is preparing for his final high school exams while simultaneously finishing a chicken coop.. Yes, Amiglia will soon welcome about ten new feathery inhabitants! 🐓
As for me, I am mostly focused on my new research project, The Language Mode Project, which I will conduct from here. This project weaves together science, art, spirituality—and people!—making it a perfect fit with Amiglia’s philosophy. 🧘
Looking ahead
This spring, we will complete the large, partially open meditation hall with the help of our neighbor Marco, a contractor. Beyond that, there’s an endless list of possibilities, but we prefer to let things unfold organically. A fresh, bright color for the shutters would be nice. A professional kitchen would be wonderful. We will need sheep to maintain the steep backyard. The vegetable garden will definitely take shape. And much more…
An invitation to join us
Amiglia is evolving, and with that, space is opening up for new people to become part of this conscious community—as co-owners, (semi)permanent residents, community builders, or caretakers.
Alongside the five guest rooms, we have a few units that can be transformed into studios. If you feel drawn to living in a conscious community, surrounded by nature, with your own private space while sharing work, meals, and morning meditation—and wouldn’t mind that it’s in Italy—perhaps Amiglia is the place for you.
We welcome people with different skills and passions. Builders, gardeners, and cooks will have plenty to do here. But you could also join while working remotely in your current job, or as an artist using a barn to create your work. There are many possibilities at Amiglia.
Amiglia is open!
We look forward to welcoming you here.
With love,
Zoe, on behalf of Amiglia
